With state insurance licenses in both Texas and Arkansas, Charlie plays a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance with clarity, care, and confidence.

Charlie joined the team following an impressive 28-year career in education, most recently serving as the Superintendent of Schools for Commerce ISD for over a decade. His background in education has honed a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by schools, students, and their families—making him especially attuned to the nuances of student athletic insurance and employee benefits in educational institutions.

Charlie is widely respected for his solution-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to building long-term relationships.
